Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive an official Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your Rakabot unit and place it back in its original box with all components, hardware, and the printed RA form.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit to our inspection center.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
